Pasima Sule

Pasima is an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team and the CEO of Solid Rock Group: an internationally-recognized management consulting firm and training provider that works with governments, organizations, and private entities. Before joining Solid Rock in 2017, Pasima spent 16 years working in the oil and gas industry in the USA, Europe, and Africa. Throughout her career, she managed multimillion-dollar projects that involved multi-cultural teams working around the world. Pasima has delivered leadership training to various organizational leaders in Africa, some of which include leaders from the Uganda Chamber of Mines and Petroleum and the Ugandan National Logistics Platform. She is passionate about one-on-one leadership mentoring and coaching and currently mentors various leaders and youths within her global community. She lives in Surrey, BC with her husband Franklin, with whom she co-founded Solid Rock Group.
