Rafiki is a Swahili word that means friend. The Rafiki Coalition is a community of monthly donors who are unleashing the potential of Africa by empowering local leaders to fight poverty, support marginalized groups, and facilitate reconciliation.

Stevens is an alumnus of our Abundant Leadership Institute (ALI). Attending ALI transformed how he leads his non-profit ministry supporting children in the slums of Kampala, Uganda.

Mercy serves at a school for children with disabilities in Uganda. Mercy and her team are being trained in abundant leadership principles and mentored by ALI alumni.
Help 40 youth complete our 3-month Trek program and 4,000 youth receive training in partnership with YIM
Diane is a member of Youth Impact Mission (YIM), our partner organization in Rwanda that runs clubs and conferences for young leaders. Diane’s life was transformed by the YIM training we resourced.
