About Kurumbuka Leadership Solutions

At Kurumbuka Leadership Solutions, we are transforming African communities by developing and empowering local leaders to spark sustainable change. The word “Kurumbuka,” meaning “multiplication” in Kinyarwanda, and reflects our vision: to see abundant leadership multiply across Africa so that every community has a servant-hearted leader driving reconciliation, economic growth, and transformation.

We believe that real change in Africa must come from within, led by leaders who know their communities best. For too long, Africa has suffered under toxic leadership—violence, corruption, and exploitation. We are committed to equipping Christ-centered leaders with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to serve their communities, prevent future tragedies, and unlock the potential of the continent.

Through programs like the Abundant Leadership Institute and Trek, we develop emerging and executive leaders, connect them with a like-minded network, and empower them to multiply their impact. By fostering servant-hearted, abundant leadership, we are building a movement that transforms Africa—one leader and one community at a time.
